The Role
You will play a key role in delivering planning advice and managing projects from inception through to completion, working alongside experts across planning, design, engineering and environmental disciplines.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals
- Providing strategic planning advice to clients
- Supporting project delivery across a wide range of sectors
- Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Assisting with business development and client relationship management
- Contributing to planning appraisals, policy reviews and development strategies
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
- MRTPI qualification or working towards chartership
- Previous consultancy or local authority experience
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
